Tired of people not answering me

I don't have the motivation to work on myself and thicken my skin but I been working on myself a little bit I guess.

True.

I understand people have lives but these people usually respond quickly and I can see if they saw my message or not.

Im not sure how to go about getting motivation. I guess it depends on how much it all is worth to you.

That I dont understand. I guess some people just dont want to for whatever reason. When it came to my friends they would tell me they just forgot to respond. I suspect some people might also just get too many messages. I really dont like the digital age of communication. People are much less likely to be courteous.

How do I develop as much as I can when talking about certain topics without asking questions?

Some people I have a conversation with everything is going good and they still don't respond back. So maybe I been hacked because the site said I might of been hacked. But one person responds consistently though fortunately so idk.

I don't get out much besides certain places.

Maybe that particular message board is full of bugs and sometimes people don't see your messages or you don't see theirs. As for your question, there's no real answer I can give you. The important thing is that you can't make it seen like an interrogation, and more of a natural flow that a conversation should have.

Me either . I guess I have to discipline myself and do things before settling in.

I don't understand it either unless I got hacked, they don't see my message, or they have to many messages. I'm starting to not like it either but in person I don't communicate and I don't get out a lot so yea.

Yea maybe. Or I got hacked but one person consistently talks to me like I said before so idk.

So less questions than right? What if I run out of things to say?

Hmm i dont know about what to do when a conversation falls flat. I usually just go on about my business until I find something else to talk about. If its chatting in real time I kinda freak out a bit which is why I tend to keep those turned off when on websites.

I also feel like I have trouble keeping a conversation going. Like it just gets uninteresting and people move on to talk with someone else. Thank you for the suggestions here.

What do you mean you go about your business until you find something else to talk about? How do I turn it off on this website?

Me too I run out of things to talk about.

This annoys me too, especially when I'm going out of my way to try and keep the conversation moving rather than it stalling but the other person just gives me nothing.

Like, if you don't want to talk anymore, just tell me & I'll understand.

If both people involved genuinely enjoy talking to one another, you don't really run out of things to say because you can talk about anything. Best bet would be to let the conversation run its course naturally instead of bombarding people with questions. It's not a quiz, it's a conversation. Keep it casual and entertaining.

Meaning that I usually dont say anything else to them unless something interesting comes up. Im not exactly the shining example of someone who has a huge social life. I literally only have one friend in real life and Ive not done a good job at making new ones. The older i get the harder it is to find motivation for those things.

You should be able to just hit the green button on the bottom to turn it off if youre on a computer.

Not for me though I run out of things to talk about and I have a guard up to not get to personal about my life.

Thanks for the advice :).

Oh I do the same thing but the problem is I ask too much questions. I don't have a huge social life either .

It just hides it, does that make me offline as well?

I assume so. No one messages me on there. Oh no wait you mean online in general? No you should still appear online. Just not in chat.

No I mean does it make me go offline in the chat so no one can see that I am online in the chat?
