Too shy/anxious to hold a job ?

This has been my biggest problem from day 1 of my first job at 17. I've only been able to handle a job for 10 months at most. I feel like i'm the only one this bad.

Nope, you're not the only one. And you have me beat with 10 months. I have moved a lot, though.

I've been in my job for 5 years now and I feel comfortable working there, but in February I left this company and I wasn't happy there so I'm lucky I got this job back.

I'll find out if I'm this bad soon, starting a cashier position in a grocery store this week.
