Training programs for shy people?

My sister's department will soon be conducting training programs for the different departments in their company. She's wondering if she should make a special program for those employees who are extremely shy. What do you think? And if yes, how do you think they should go about it?

About training for employees, it should be well planned and you must have a development program. Maybe, to ensure that your employees are properly trained, you could have a training tracking software solution.

Hi. Thanks for the response. We are actually considering what you mentioned but thorough discussion is really needed since there is cost involve and we intend to use it long term. We are considering an employee training software and it seems to be a fit for us. They can even customize the software if needed.

I think it labels people as shy and they probably dont't want that, but I don't know so much.
