Good job, proud of you :)

Also, you look sad, which makes me want to give you a hug. Word of advice: no matter how much your mind is convincing you that everyone's staring and judging you, trust me, they're so wrapped up in their own little world that it just doesn't happen. And even if by chance someone does stare, or judge, those people don't matter because you can tell yourself you don't need that kind of negativity in your own life. And if they do it to begin with, then it's because they're bitter about something in their own lives.

"Sick of feeling like i can't go anywhere without constantly being stared at" i know that too well. I've being doing improvements about that feeling over the years, it's like an involuntary half of my brain is forcing me to think that other ppl are staring at me having bad thoughts so i try to reason with the "half i can control" in order to counteract the other one. It's like a never-ending fight that drains me a lot so i cannot stand other ppl around for too long...but i'd be lying if i didn't say that i'm much better than years ago :)

Of course there are idiots, but just like Sacrament said: it's because they're bitter about something in their own lives. Reminds me of those "straight" ppl who are afraid of being close to a gay individual in case they are "turned into homosexuals", if they think like that, maybe it's because you're a "mirror" of their problems. Also there are those who have too much free time and just do that out of boredom lol.
But really, most of the time it's in our mind and ppl are not not always staring for a bad reason, could be because they like your looks, the haircut even because you remind them to someone else (happens to me), so who knows ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I think you're very brave for confronting your fears and posting a video suffering from SA! nice to know that making them helps you feeling better.

BTW beautiful eye shape and skin you have ^_^

What you just did is a tremendous step forward ! :applause:

Making a video while talking about this is like accepting who you really are, regardless of what the others might think about it.
