Went to see a GP finally
Well I went to go see a doc the other day as I have decided to give meds a try to help my SA. It was more of an introductory appointment, so I have to go back in a week to get "labs" done b4 he'll prescribe me something. He seemed like a pretty decent guy... I hoping to get Lexapro since I have read that it has the most positive results of the SSRIs. (Klonopin is actually my first choice, but I doubt the doc will prescribe it since I'm a new patient)
I was so freaking nervous though while I was waiting to see the doc. I experienced pretty much all the usual symptoms of SA simultaneously, which hasnt happened to me in a while. I dont even remember the drive back home coz my head was so jumbled lol. But I feel a bit of relief now that I've taken the first step. Just hope I do alittle better next week!
