What does your typical day look like

I had job where my hours were 7am to 3pm. It was brilliant, quite social but the people I worked with were amazing and seemed to understand that I wasn't very talkative and respected that. I'm now in a job where I answer phones for a few hours every day so there is the social element to it. I have no bother answering the phones and chatting to people. I would have a problem however if I had to ring them, that make sense?

Anyway, back on topic. I get up around 10.30am. Have a shower, watch a bit of tv, get the bus to work. Answer the phones for a few hours then get the bus home and go online, have dinner, chat with my partner and then head to bed.

Would love to be able to accept the invites from people to go out and socialise but it never works out. I just sit there like a dummy.

It makes sense about the phone... I am like that too. If someone calls me, I can answer and it's fine, but I get really nervous when I have to make phone calls.

Get up, eat, censored, PC, eat, take my dog out, PC, eat, PC, take my dog out, PC, eat, sleep. Sometimes I have to do something so I insert that in to my day and actually everything looks the same...
As i see I'm not alone with my "day"...

Wake up. Get ready. Eat breakfast sometimes. Class. Lunch. Class again. Work for a few hours. Play racquetball/go to the gym. Eat supper. Paint/computer/etc. Sleep for a little bit.

Then I wake up &get dressed again, &fight crime in the city. :)

Well... I love my bed and stay in it as long as humanly possible. I grab some hot tea and laptop and spend a good couple of hours there. Shower etc....I work out of the house some days and teach art classes 2 days a week, so depending on which day it is I will spend alot of time on the computer or maybe visiting a friend depending on my mood. Working in a social setting is actually emotionally and mentally draining for me even at 2 days a week so the days I dont work ar almost recuperating and alone days as sad as that sounds. I dont watch tons of TV unless a good biography or documentary or dorky Discovery Channel show is on. Not exactly a full life but.... this is actually progress.

You teach art. That automatically makes you cool.

My day:

Morning routines are pretty much the same.
8. turn off alarm clock. gulp down some coffee. and off to lectures
9. breakfast consists of 2 croissants when the prof is droning on and on
10. trying to stay awake during lectures
12. have lunch at this sketchy Chinese place by myself

In the afternoon / evening what I do depends on the day of the week. Mondays I go home and slack off. On tuesdays I try to study in the library, sometimes with a friend. On Wednesday I got volunteering where I get to tutor some high school kids. Thursday afternoon / evenings consists of 8 hours of fun with calculus assignment! On Fridays I do grocery shopping and waste time on the computer. During the weekend I catch up on homework / bitch about life with my roomie

I know what you mean, I spend a lot of time alone, I want to go back to school becuase I did so good for awhile, so I'll go next quarter. I know exactly what you mean about being late to a class though, worse thing ever if the class already started. I think I said this before but one time when I was late on the first day of class of the quarter and I went to the wrong class and I kenw right away but I jsut walked in late, I didn't want to leave again so eventually like 20 minutes into the class I got up and walked out the teacher had to ask "is there a problem" I said "wrong class" people laughed but I didn't take offense to it. but then it's liek anxiety overload becuase then I had to go to the class I was supposed to be in 20 minutes late and everybody is talking and introducing themselves.

speaking of that, I hate those days where they want you to talk infront of the class about yourself and share like 5 things about yourself and stuff. or try to remember everybody's name.

lol I always try to say things that are really obvious just for fun. Like "I'm wearing brown nike's, a zoo york hoody and I have 20 bucks in my wallet, my car is black and I'm hungry".

Weekdays:

8:10: Arrive at school

11:10-12:00: attend first class (people probably think I'm stuck up or just rude in this class as I do not participate in any of the small group discussions and sit in my corner surfing the net on my phone and not make eye contact but actually I'm just terrified.)
12:00-1:00: attend second class
1:30: my mom picks me up from school and takes me home
2:00: make lunch from random foods at home
3:00-6:00: watch tv, internet, or homework
6:30: prepare dinner
7:30 or 8:00: eat dinner
9:00-12:00: watch tv, internet or homework
1:00: Sleep

Weekends
1:00 pm: wake up
2:00: have my mom drag me out for lunch with her, my dad and the dogs
4:00: go buy groceries with her and then go home
5:00-8:00: tv, internet or homework
8:30: have my parents drag me out to eat or order pizza (thank god for internet ordering from dominoes!)
9:30- whenever: tv, internet or homework
AM Hours: Sleep
I'm hoping to break this cycle though. Hopefully I can start to reconnect with friends in the near future =] I have not contacted friends in nearly 4 months... =[

I don't have a job or school or anything. I wake up and get online and spend the whole day on forums until I go to sleep. I'd like to play the current games and things like that, but I can't afford a new computer because I have no money.

I aim to do something new every day. Even if this means trying a new restaurant or taking a new route to school, it keeps me out of that falling-into-routine rut. There's class monday to thursday and dance classes monday, tuesday and friday nights. The rest of the time I'm online, taking a train back home for the weekend and cooking.

Oh, can't forget Being Erica and Gossip Girl that make something to look forward to every week. ;)

hi, this is my first post

6:00 AM wake up, get kids ready
7:15 AM drive them to school
8:00 AM back
8:00 AM - 2 PM care for kids not in school, cook, go online, stay inside
2:10 PM go get kids at school
2:45 PM home with kids
3:00 PM - 4:00 PM chat online with friend who also has SP
4:00-10:00 PM care for kids, get them to bed, cook, go online
10:00 PM -11:00 PM go to bed early or stay online
11:00 PM go to sleep

I go out to do grocery shopping once a week... I only leave the house for the kids' dr appts or to grocery shop. If it weren't for them I would never leave the house but once to grocery shop.

welcome to spw caissa825!

lol that sounds like it would make a good rap:)

Mine is this:

Wake-up to early, go to class, then work (on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday)
On Tuesday and Thursday I switch that around.

At class I sit there are listen, at work I usually watch hulu or something for 2 hours.

At home: I sit on the computer mostly, sometimes same as at work, other times chatting and trying to find something else to do. Sometimes I watch tv, other times hang some with the few friends I have. I also read. Most of my day is boring though.
