How to Beat Anxiety with Exposure Therapy Treatments, Exposure Therapy for Anxiety Disorders

^ this explains the exposure therapy I did for six weeks. I did improve. I need to practice it more. I'm doing things that I wouldn't normally do. Challenging myself, reaching out, facing fears, seeking support particularly of family. Realising when I do these things the world will fall down around even if things don't always turn out as expected.

It seems as if my anxiety is quite similar in many ways to what your are experiencing Outsider.
