Why do I care about this?

This makes me feel really stupid...I had a big crush on a guy in high school (over 16 years ago), we briefly reconnected a couple of times since then (we ran into each other one day, and he asked for my phone number, which I of course gave to him, and he called me a couple of days later, but I missed the call, then a few years later, I connected with his brother on social media, and gave my new number to him--we talked on the phone a couple of times). Fast-forward to now: we are friends on Facebook, I have a boyfriend and son, this guy has kids and a girlfriend (I think). He is not as attractive as he was when we were younger.
Long story short, he (probably drunkenly) posted on Facebook last night that another girl we went to school with was the hottest girl in school (in two separate posts: one saying "hottest girl in school" the other with her name). For some reason, I am really bothered by this...
Also, another guy from high school (whom I actually dated) has made comments on other girls being hot, and it bothers me too.

You think they might have "locker room" talk about you behind your back?

Cause you want them to say that YOU were the hottest girl in school?
