My routine is kind of screwy since I work overnight and sleep during the day, but here it goes.

9:00-10:00pm- Wake up take shower, eat dinner.
10:00pm-7:00am- Work, sometimes I get out later than 7.
7:00am-5:00pm Come home, watch tv, play video games, do school work, screw around on the internet.
5:00pm-9:00pm- Sleep

I work every other day, except saturday and sunday which I work back to back, so on days I have off, I sleep from 5:00pm till 7:00am.
You both have very lopsided schedules. Does it cause havoc with your circadian rhythms?

Weekends I wake up at 8, do the same.. Except for instead of work, I do laundry and clean. I also eat all day and wear pajamas all day. If I have to go out and do something, which I try not to... Then I'll get ready.

Sweet! So I am not the only one here who showers more than once a day. :)

I really wish I had a daily routine. I think I'll start one this school year.
I have a loose routine that consists of going to school/running errands during the day, then spending several hours on the internet. On weekends I do chores or study, and try to read/watch a movie then spend several hours on the internet. The only way I prevent myself from completely lying in bed whenever possible is by putting a detailed by-the-hour schedule of things (including hobbies) to do.

Yeah, I HAVE to shower in the morning, and at night. I can't sleep unless I do. Sometimes I shower right after work too. Depending on how hot or is, if I feel dirty... anything like that.

My days have been the same the last month. I generally wake up between 730 and 8, with no alarm. I have an alarm for 830 but that's to take the meds so that'll be the latest I get up. Usually I'll drink a ton of water, clean the dishes from the day before and by 1030/11ish, I find it justifiable to turn my music on whether my roommate is up or not, it's hard to tell, he locks himself in his room like I do. Then I drink more water and then I'll do my stretches. I usually spend about a half hour on that. By that time, I start to get hungry and I'll make either eggs or a sandwich. Just like William I've been getting off of the caffeine. Not coffee, blah I hate coffee but my addiction to cola. Horrible for you but it's so good! Haha I've been doing ok, I relapse sometimes but I've been soda free for 4 days straight now and I'm feeling a little better. I was getting the withdrawal headaches which weren't too bad today. So yeah, usually after lunch my day will go one of 3 ways. I'll either get anxious and stay in all day watching movies or playing guitar, or I pack up my car with my bike and go mountain biking which is amazing!! Unfortunately I haven't gone in a week since my car is not cooperating with me so that's been difficult. I used to go everyday, roughly 15km a day. Or I will either walk down to the beach with my guitar and play to the ocean while watching all the happy people walking their dogs or with a friend or spouse. Sometimes random people will come talk to me, people are very open here. I am never the one to initiate conversation tho. Sometimes I'll stick around for the sunset but usually I'll just wander back home before then. When I get home, a movie is picked, dinner gets prepared and when I'm done I eat and watch the movie alone. After I eat, I will always have a toke. I'll go for a walk around the block to do that. Then I'll come inside and watch some more movies and toke some more a little later. Then I usually pass out around midnight and wake up sometime in the middle of the night to turn off my bedroom lights

^yeah I was like that a while back, I used to drink so much cola throughout the day and would have a smoke in the evening after dinner and stay up late watching movies till i'd fall asleep (i found it hard to sleep after a while if I did not smoke before bed). I did go out a lot in the day back then but I was around people I did not really like much. That did not help one bit with my SA. Especially when you yourself don't even understand what's wrong with you.
I wish I had some near by big hills or mountains to go biking on. I'd love to get into bike riding, round here though theres not many great places to just go for a ride unless I spend an hour or more riding to the nice parts. After that sort of exercise too it makes you feel quite mellow and anxiety does seem to slowly become less of a problem well for a little bit anyhow :)

Yeah, I find exercise to be amazing for my anxiety. I ride really hard so I exert a lot of energy and by the end of my ride I feel drained, but in a good way. I got all those frustrations out while biking and you feel good about the exercise too. I was getting into really good shape but then I went on a 3 week trip to Manitoba and Ontario gained all that weight back and felt crappy because I wasn't moving as much as I was. Biking is amazing, I highly recommend it, it's so much fun!

Yeah man I've been thinking the last few days about saving up for a bike now. I have a friend who want's me to come riding with him too which sells the idea even more. Thanks for recommending the idea man you have spurred on this new thought which I imagine is gonna benefit a great deal :)

Yeah I tend to always relapse with stuff like exercise and diet too, but hey man if you haven't already im sure you'll get your mojo back and keep the momentum going again! :)

I have gotten into a really bad routine of no routine. I really need to find a way back to having some. Along the same lines it's impossible to plan anything in my life I really think that is the worst feeling ever.

What I do is do it in stages. I mean like plan to do at least one thing at a certain time everyday then sort of progress from there. Taking little steps at a time is so much easier than just going straight into it :)

I'm still pretty bad though, I make sure to do certain things everyday but I don't really do them at specific times probably out of laziness and just leaving them to the last minute :S

I don't really have a daily routine anymore. I go to bed at or after 12AM, wake up around 12PM, and eat and browse the internet as soon as I get up.

Monday-Saturday schedule:

7AM: Wake up, feed dogs, shave, brush teeth and shower and get dressed

8:15AM: eat nutrigrain bar and ride bike to work (car is in the shop right now)

9AM-4PM: Work hours do vary a bit with some long lunches and sometimes 5 min. lunches, but 9-4 is the jist of it. Lunch has consisted of fast food or sub sandwiches from jimmy johns or subway. I eat two lunches because of my high metabolism.

4pm: ride bike home

4:30PM-1030Pm: Mow a part of the lawn for 20 mins. if it needs it. I watch a movie, or play a video game, or watch sports for the whole night. I eat two dinners usually.

So that's it. 0 socializing. I am injured so I never want to go out and do anything. I used to try to talk a girl or two on a college campus to try to get a g/f but that's walking and I'm injured so I just decided that's not worth it anymore.

This has been my schedule as of lately. Once I get my car back i may start online dating again and maybe going out of town to meet some girls and use that for a social life. It has worked before, I've been on many dates and there were girls i clicked with.
