Has any one had the surgery where they remove your armpit sweat glands by either scraping or sucking them out? Is there a risk of compensatory sweating like with ets?

I'm interested in buying a few of kleinert's sweatproof shirts that wick away sweat. However don't those under armour shirts made for athletes do the same job? Does any one has both and give a comparison of the two, which is more effective? I'd rather not spend 50 dollars on a kleinert shirt...
