hey, sorry it took a while, lol i managed to eat right and actually lost about 1kg but the next day i ate a lot and gained it right back xD, so now im at 72kg and im trying to make it to 67kg, i dont really feel the need to eat after i exercise, the only time i want to eat is when im really bored xD wich happens a lot. Good job on walking 10 km! thats a lot, i think i couldnt jog 10 km yet, right im trying to jog 5km almost everyday to see if that works out, but the hardest for me is still the eating, there are sometimes i cant control it and start eating without even counting the calories, but i think i should be losing 5k in a month. So how was your day, have you lost any weight?
