Can't find drug to sedate my overly active nerves that causes sweating. Tried xanax/ativan, and it doesn't work.

I've tried ativan, xanax, lexapro. A lot is a pscyhological thing, but I don't know at what dosage will help me w/ this. At most I took .5MG, but it didn't help me when I had to be in a large group of people in a hot room. I started to sweat and panic.

How does it work? They told me to bring my insurance and all that. But they weren't sure as to how I would settle payment. They told me that I was going to be billed? Can someone tell me how this works? I really want to keep this discreet from my folks. Thanks.
