get out of bed, go out, choose a place in a park or something, choose a hidden place, between bushes, buy a coke, sit and watch people and try to imagine what kind of problems these people have, where r they going, where they r coming from, what pain or pleasure they felt today?...do this as many times as you want, before you know it you will be out there wanting to be one of them, so excited of the thought that you are becoming someone different but always knowing that you will have your hidden place between the bushes if you ever wanna go back there....it worked for me...try it.

Righty MrNoMates, To go out doesnt mean you have to socialise. As wasdead said, why dont you just go out for quiet walks, its what i do. You cant stay locked up forever, it isn't healthy. I would come down and drag you out of your bed if I could...even though I'd be a bit anxious but I'm better around those that are shy and socialphobic.
OK, whos coming to my house???....lol

I know that you must be scared but you gotta venture outdoors cuz there's life waiting out there for you. Yes, there are people out there who can be extremely mean and all but there are a lot of people out there who would care for you if you gave them a chance. I know its hard but we're rooting for you. There are somedays where I don't want to get out of bed either but then I think of all the good times I've had.

however when i go out i feel like i am going to have a annxiety attack.. I hate going out and doing things, i use all my strength to go out..

dont mean to sound like a downer but I feel much more comfortable in my home.......if i could hide away forever i would.........i hate stress and anxiety of life in general, wish i had interests but i dont.....feel like i was born different from everyone...........cant even get along with my family.....life sucks sometimes
