Advice Needed Please

Hello. I suffer with facial hyperhidrosis nearly every day usually caused by Anxiety and heat.

I've just started taking the SSRI Escitalopram (Lexapro, Cipralex) two days ago and feel slightly better as my Anxiety isnt as bad. But one thing i'm worried about is the side effect it brings which is Sweating, which confuses me as the drug is supposed to help anxeity with sweating etc.

MY SWEATING CAN'T GET ANY WORSE... CAN IT ?

I too am taking cipralex - have been for a couple of months - I notice you've been taking it for only two days - it will take a few weeks to get up to full strength.

My depression is also caused by severe facial sweating, but can't say I've noticed it getting any worse since taking the ciplralex, i wasn't aware that sweating was a side effect of this drug. my sweating has been worse of late, but that's because of the warmer weather we've had in London of late.

What other measures have you taken to combat the facial sweating?
