while doing some browsing, i came across this site - http://www.social-phobia.co.uk/ - the author appears to be offering a form of cure that he will email once he receives a payment of £5. now beleive me, the skeptacism is on overload and it obviously sounds to good to be true, but i would more than willing to try it out. my only problem is not knowing whether i can trust this site, does anyone know a way of telling if it is a genuine paypal link.

Damn i would have gave you that cure for 1 buck. There is and never will be a pill or simple cure for SP. Its a developed way of thinking hence you have to change it. yeah it takes time but we as a society are too used to instant fixes. Just put in the hard work and you will see results.
