i was diagnosed with this, but i really wonder if it's not cause im like super depressed all the time and that effects my self esteem. im 18 and its funny i wasn't always like this, it was when i started middle school i started worrying what people thought about me. is there anyone who's gotten well? i havebipolar disroder too, i read that it causes a lot of the same effects as this...but im positive i have this.

I've seen a lot of views, so someone knows what im going through...ok let me ask this, does your tendancy to avoid people happen mostly when you are depressed or anxious? or vise versa?

Of course depression has an influence, but not a noticeable one. If you're depressed you're not moooooooore avoidant.

For me it doens't matter if i'm depressed or not..my tendency to avoid ppl is the same. I don't know for others.

By the way, how does your bipolar manifest ? Do you really get moments of euphoria ? Or am i getting it wrong ? :?
