Well I got botox and I'm so happy it'll take about 5 days to kick in, so I'm praying that the botox would of greatly helped. I have a question though I wanted to go workout after the injections, but I didn't know if it would affect the botox. Also how do Showes apply to botox?

i'm booked in for botox in april so fingers crossed will work. how much did it hurt? think you can exersise 2-3 days after injections but check with your dr

I'm going to try getting the Botox treatment on my hands soon, and am waiting for the insurance company to see if they will cover it. I'm curious to know how it works for people. I'm thinking it might be worth just paying for it out of pocket.
