Restless legs is a disorder that causes unpleasant sensations in the legs while lying down. These sensations, which are often described as a creeping or crawling sensation in the calves, typically occur at bedtime when the person is still awake, and can therefore make it difficult to fall asleep. Many people with Periodic limb movements also have restless legs syndrome, and almost all people with restless legs have Periodic limb movements.
Restless leg syndrome affects as much as 2-5 percent of the population.
I have one restless leg (lol) that becomes restless usually when I go to bed. It's very irritating. I was wondering if other SP's have this too?
If I would think of what the cause might be, I think it may have to do with the fact that my restless leg is urging me to move(forward), or to come inside my body(be more grounded).

this article RLS sufferers also have often other problems like anxiety, depression, problems at work(or no work) :
People who suffer from restless leg syndrome often have other psychiatric symptoms, including depression and anxiety. Other risk factors are heavy smoking, unemployment status, hypertension, gastroesophageal reflux disease, arthritis, and diabetes. Sleep apnea and insomnia appear to be other risk factors for restless leg syndrome, along with difficulty falling asleep (taking more than 30 minutes), driving while drowsy and excessive daytime fatigue. Subjects with self-reported restless leg syndrome also have a higher incidence of being late for work, missing work, making errors at work and missing social events because of fatigue more often than those without restless leg syndrome.
