I'm the same, but i know that the feeling is mainly irrational but i just can't get it into my mind that it's merely my imagination. At the end of the day if we can't like ourselves then there is no hope that we think that others will.
Hell I get like that too where I hate people I don't even know. But then again maybe I'm just jealous of people who don't have this S.A.D, and can be center of attention and have confidence.... ARGH... lol :twisted:
