I have been experimenting with the effect of Sunlight on anxiety and I am thrilled with what I found.
Last year, I had a presentation to give to class of 50 people. I did it without having a panic attack. The next time I had a presentation with 10 people. I had a panic attack. This got me thinking.
The only difference was I ran like a mad man during the morning of the first presentation.
So I thought It was the heavy running. I forgot to take into account the sunlight. It was pretty hot that day. Sunlight actually relaxed me so much & the exhaustion took out my nervous energy that my body became really relaxed.
So for the last 2 day's, I went out for a run for about 30 mins with light jogging. Made sure I spent most of the time under the hot blazing Dallas sun.
Then I was at B&N store, I interacted with some strangers & no SAD.
You guys should try it. Its so simple & doesn't cost you anything.
