I used to be fit but now I'm 4 months pregnant. Please don't get me wrong I love my pregnancy but I know there are still fitness program for expecting women. My mom won't approve but my body is yearning to do something. Any recommendations?

In my case, my OB permitted me to do some mild exercises like brisk walking. But there are some guidelines and other exercises that are really beneficial. Perhaps, you could ask your doctor about it to be very sure.
