this is similar to what my therapist gave me, so i thought maybe some of you might find it usefull. its a ebook meaning you have to adobe acrobat reader to open it and view it. and you need to have a torrent program to download it but its a small file should take minutes to download. i could email to you guys if you dont have a torrent program or whatever, just pm me if u want me to email it to you. heres the link
