I apologize for already posting without introducing myself...i didnt even know there was an introduction forum 
My name is Hannah, i am 16 and i live in the Seattle area of Washington (US). I have been suffering from SA/SP since i was about 10 or 11 years old and it has progressively gotten worse over time.
Im really glad to find that there is a safe place for us SA/SP sufferers to come and talk. Im excited (and nervous!) to meet some of you and learn your stories and how you cope. If there is any way i can help you, i would be glad to talk to you and do what i can. Maybe i can learn from you as well
