Hey everyone!
First of all i'm so glad I found this forum
I'm a soon 20 year old girl from Scandinavia. I was diagnosed with social phobia one year ago. It feels like I've been extremely shy and had low self esteem since the age of 5 (when I started school).
Everyday life is a bit of a struggle and social phobia has made me depressed and also lonely and isolated (which is such a taboo thing to be nowdays when you have to have a million friends) but I've made big improvements with treatment.
