Most of us on glyco experience some degree of dry mouth.
Have any of you tried Biotene? It's a mouthwash, but its main aim is to help with dry mouth.
I'd seen an ad for it (don't always trust them), but then my dental hygienist gave me a trial pack.
I've only used it a time or two, and haven't noticed a dramatic change. But since I use a mouthwash anyway, why not?
