Hi, my name is Joey and I'm 23 years old living in Melbourne Australia. I am introverted, highly sensitive and suffer from social anxiety. I have been this way as far back as I can remember. I've never been formally diagnosed with it (because I've never seen somebody about it), but having read a few books and stuff from the net, it describes what I go through every day very well.

I look forward to chatting to you all =)

hey :D hope u enjoy the forum. If its as bad as u say it is just go to ur GP cus he/she wont think ur weird,look at all us theres loads of ppl that have SA so dont be afraid,going to a doctor can really help :)
