for you guys who have had ets and are hot and tired after ets and not before. I had ets 6 yrs ago after 1.5 yrs i really got hot and tired in the sun.

now this is what i believe. your back had stiff tight muscles before the operation.then after the operation it agrevated it more. tight muscles is what you get because when you sweat too much you catch cold. then you muscles on your back get tight for long your neck gets very stiff your nose gets sinus problems the muscle in your nose gets very stiff. now after the operation it shocked your body. your body knows this. it makes up for it by pumping more blood around. and trying to recover from surgury. it also pumps more blood because your muscles are tight and needs to pump more blood to areas that dont dont get enough. now i suggest dont apply too much pressure becuase its still temder after 4 or 5 yrs you can put pressure and use ointment. for the past 6 months ive been relieving all this pain and muscle ach.

let me explain muscle tightness all hh suffers will suffer this pain its inevetable. even if you dont feel it it makes you body feel tired whether its in you legs feet back nose or sinus at the outsides of you eyes.

the first thing to start is by not taking showers for 1 month. only use warm wet towel and wash your hair in and sink or tub. face clense and face mask toners are great because you need for the pain and the pimples. next is to find a asian massage person these are hard to find. but you can bypass them what they do they specialise in getting tight muscles out

this is what they do the put ointment on your back and use a spoon then she uses a needle not a small ones. the more blood shes drains out the more tight muscle is in that area. this also easy. for you. the more pain from the needle is where u need to focus on. but the tightness moves around its like your chewing a celery. u start from the bottom and work up. now picture you back muscles theres alot of chewing.

then she uses these bottles with fire these can be purchased at asian grocery or asian herbal shop. you find at popular asian shopping suburbs. now this will start the process and its easy because it does your whole body in say 1 to 2 hrs. now there are critical points one your back where you had the operation this left upper near the shoulder blade but inner to the spine and a little lower. be carefull doing this bc too early may be harmfull. say 2-3 yrs after operation or when your healed.

next is your nose if you have problems taking big deep breaths. or you start having alot of sinus problems. the nose is a long process. but massaging all day is quick. put ointment and use a spoon edge. apply pressure while sliding it. all around the nose. the strongest ointment its the best ask the bherbalist you want the strongest. the stronger the spoon like a brass spoon thats the best i got mine from the massage lady. i can us this to scrap my back. wear swimming gogles if you have to. dont get the ointment in your eyes. bc your eyes are sens. after your nose for 1 week you start apply pressure refer to sinus below

back now what you have to do is rub you back up against a corner a brick corner or timber a jumper if its against a brick corner. after put ointment. if you feel better, that means you have tight muscles. or after the asian massage person. now your legs behind the knee caps there may be tight muscles and feet. these all need to be addressed. your feet the grass or rubber sole saddles put them upsidedown double stake and stand on one leg use the other to push down and massage work it around.

now you need to use the ointment for a while say about 2 weeks. then your ready to start working thses muscles out.

SINUS

sinus its hard work this is easy say when you body is warm. not cold. this goes for all relieve stiff muscles. this is the first thing you should focus on. if you have no sinus problems. this is a sure easy way to test take a deep breath and hold it for 1 min. if you can then your fine. those that have trouble say 30 sec you may have sinus problems.

first you work the sides of nostrills then next two days you work the middle part and forget about the sides. the middle part im referring to is the bottom middle between the nostriles. applying alot of pressure first then steady once it starts working. breath through your mouth if needs be.

BACK

the back. buy say a wooden chair. ive got a wooden frame from ikea. i put it on its side up against the wall. I flip it around. and work my way on the arm rest. Ive post all pictures at

in the picture where i put the remote is where u apply pressure along the armrest. where im pointing on my back is the place where i feel most stiff and tight. ive got alot of pimples. becasue its very painfull. i use creams like i posted before. what you have to realise that after 2 yrs u can start or when your fully healed you can start this. apply pressure where you had pain from the operation its tendos and some muscles stiffness. some times alot of pain is ok. just not pain like fresh muscle tissue damage.

LEGS

wear track pants these are warm thick cottons pants. find a chair in which your knee sit just on its edge. and it has to be like thick fabric i post a picture. now what you do is you flex and the work the tendos joints.

everyday the stiffness comes back you take 1 or 2 days break. but doing one minor relief.

stiffness is not good when its cold. try to keep warm like wearing shoes in bed with socks. scarf cut in half then use a baby pin to hold it in place.
