High & Low risk people..

Something i've noticed is that I tend to have high and low risk people...let me explain:

A "high risk" person is somebody who I am likely to get embarrased talking to, and do something stupid. Someone with whom my anxiety is more present when i have to talk to them or interact with them, or simply somebody who intimiadates me a lot.

My high risk people are:
- Very extroverted people my own age or older.
- Male teachers & young female ones.
- Extremely clever people.
- Really good looking people, especially girls my own age and older.
- Males in general.

A "low risk" person is somebody that I'm not as worried about talking to. Someone who i'm not too likely to make a fool of myself infront of, or someone who won't care too much if I do. People who I feel slightly more at ease around.

My low risk people are:
- Most older female teachers.
- Not so good looking people, and "reject" type people (Couldn't think of a nice way to put that lol)
- Quiet people.
- Friends that I speak to occasionally.
- Close family - but that depends on who.

Does anybody else think like this? Who are your high and low risk people?

Arrogant people.

Low risk-

My parents, sister and grandmother.

People i have worked with for years.

older women, i just feel more at ease to talk to than with girls my age o'r younger for some reason.

High risk -

Unfamiliar people - similar age, can be just one person that sits with the group for example a friend of a friend joins and ill kinda tense up and not act naturally
Attractive people - one on one convo's = red face
people i haven't seen in a while especially from school (i was worse then brings back memories)
Someone shouting my name in the street or coming over to say hi when im with a group of friends.....basically lots of attention on me, or at least feel like there is.

But i can cover up most things pretty well nowadays.....i think ive moved back to being just shy

Low risk -

Everyone else i guess

Low risk:
-family
-people who were my friends (probably would be high risk now though)
-small children (unless their parent is with them)
-most old people, but still this one can be bad
-my fellow shy people

High risk:
Everyone else but there probably are exeptions. Mostly it's my blushing that makes me nervous around people though and that can happen around anyone, even family.
