Has anyone tried it for their Phobia?

For me it was an utter waste of time, if i could have gone under then maybe, but i spent the whole sessions with my eyes shut talking about my past.

I could have just gave an account of my childhood with my eyes open as i was fully aware and could not relax for a moment, might work for some people so worth a try if your determined.
