Some sweat will come and go with ionto. The main thing is that you continue to stay drier than you were. I notice that sometimes that sweat will increase more in other parts of my body like the underarms, other times it does not. Warmer weather is guaranteed to overall increase sweating to my entire body. At some point I got used to it.
