ocd and paralysis as co-morbid situation

hi everyone!i suffered 5 years ago from "pure O" ocd that means,i had only obsessive thoughts and at the same time i had panic attacks.After a short treatment with xanax 0.5mg, i recovered,as the dissorder was moderately affected me.The interesting fact was that 3 years before,when this situation looked to be stable,a paralysis of the peripheral face nerve happened to me,without specific reason.i visited a specialist and after conversation told me that is conversion dissorder and happened as a co- morbid situation of ocd.After1 month the paralysis stopped to exist prgressivelly but still affects me time to time,especially,when major anxiety factors appear in my every day life.
Does anyone has to add an equal experience?Or an advice for propper treatment?

during your xanax treatment, were you getting any behavioral treatment as well from a therapist, or just the xanax?

As i can remember,i had 8 to 10 meetings with a physician.It helped a lot.
behavioral therapy.
