hey ya'll. i havent posted in a while, but i wanted to let you guys know i made a youtube channel about ocd. i am posting videos of things i have tried in terms of treatment. some of it good and so of it not so much. i have a few videos up and will keep posting more.

i hope my story helps others in pain.
