Did anybody have anxiety pop up when the teacher wanted the classroom to split into groups independently and you didn't know anybody in that class? That always got to me. I know in college and in the workplace, the anxiety isn't as strong, but I want to know if there is any way to handle it (to help SA sufferers currently in high school)
