Make up most definitely can cover blushing (to some degree, at least). This works for both genders.

I last been in a company and had on fake tan, foundation and powder on top.I think all that done a good job but cant wear them like when im just at home with family so thats when i just go red and take the comments its awful.
I like the new powder from clinique i think it does cover up quite well. Its not cheap but there are cheaper ones on high street like avon.

Hi!

What works for me is the mineral make-up made by i.d. Bare Escentuals. You can get starter kits on QVC but they are very expensive and you might not want to use every product in it. After a lot of experimenting I've now found the combination of their products that work for me. After washing and moisturising my face I use a small-ish brush to apply their concealer, I use the colour Bisque, to spots and any shiny areas. Then I apply the foundation in colour Medium Beige with a great brush I got from Body Shop, though Bare Escentuals make brushes that are supposed to be really good too. And finally I apply their Mineral Veil, this is suitable for ANY skin colour as it is transparent, but it is definitely essential to the end result. I have put a lot of time and money into finding this combination for myself and I really would recommend anyone who is wanting to cover blushing give this a try. It is also impressively waterproof! Careful not to get any mascara on your skin after Bare Escentuals is on as it is hard to get off! lol. As for where to buy Bare Escentuals, I would recommend eBay once you know the products you like. This is the cheapest place I've found, and if you order from a seller in America can be cheaper still but if you're anything like me the wait for delivery might be more than you can bear! lol.

There are various sites on the internet that have infomercials on Bare Escentuals, and though I don't normally buy into those, they are quite accurate. Beware of similar items, they are cheaper but not as good, trust me, I've tried them! Check your ebay item before you buy it, they sometimes mislead you into thinking it's "i.d." Bare Escentuals Bare Minerals when in fact it's "i.b." Bare Minerals!

I hope this has helped. I was just reading through the posts and registered so that I could reply to this one as I really feel I've found something that works! Contact me if you have any questions, and let me know how you get on!

well actually about a year ago I think, I went to a makeup artist who specialises in camoflage makeup for people who want to cover up thinks like birthmarks, tattoos and BLUSHING! well she tested this makeup called Dermacolour on my skin and I got some but it is a real chore to put on and I've never seen myself in the mirror when I've gone red so I don't know how good it is but it is a bit like a mask on the face which is another reason why I hate it. There are other camoflage makeups out there, you just need to search on google I think. Good luck :)
