I seriously would like to know how many of you knew that Depression can be cause by your diet? Somethings that we eat might trigger us to be depressed and having vitamins deficiency can cause a person to become depressed, anxious, moody, have bad body odor, become sensitivity to light and so on. I would really recommend people to watch what they eat, to exercise, to drink lots of water, and to do some research before getting on anti depressants medicine. I have noticed that a lot of people who use anti depressants medicine, either get worst or the dosage needs to get higher and higher and that tells me that if that doesn't work then there is something wrong. Why not find natural ways to cure depression, we know exercising and eating healthy can change the way a person feels. Seriously, i am not here to cause drama or anything or have people get upset at my post, i would just love for us to try something and change ourselves. If none of you believe me, doing research for yourselves wouldn't hurt anyone. Things in our diet such as sugar, sodium and other substances can trigger people's mood.
Of course is up to you to change, you decide if you want to live with your depression or change it.

I have a really horrible diet which i am trying to change although is very hard. I already started exercising and drinking lots of water. I am feeling better, i am now in COLLEGE and my last year of HS was horrible. I couldn't even get out to bed to go to school, i am thinking of buying a MULTIVITAMIN, VITAMIN D, ZINC, and OMEGA 3. I would seriously recommend people that if you do not believe me, please do some research it wouldn't hurt anybody. I know very well that a lot of psychiatrist and psychologist might even know this but exposing this would hurt their business.
Of course is up to you to change, you decide if you want to live with your depression or change it.
