Should I ask to hangout again?

I have a friend who I hang out with every couple months and so far we hung out 3 times. She never asked me to hang out first but she always answers though to hang out. Last time we were in the car and I mentioned a fun place that would be fun to visit. She said that sounded fun and later we should do something else sometime (but didn't say that specific place). A week later online she asked what that fun place was called again and said "thanks for your help. That sounds really fun! I really want to go!" Is she hinting me to ask to hang out or just wanted the information because she said "thanks for the help?" I just don't want to be the pushy friend to always ask to hangout?

She wants to hang out with you, you should reply "yeah no problem, We should go together sometime!"

Even in the off chance she did just want the information, You're not being a pushy friend by inviting her places, especially if you only hang out every couple of months.
