What Social Networking Sites do you use (if any) and how do they affect your SA?

Well was just wondering how many of you use social networking sites like, Facebook, Twitter, MSN, Myspace etc - thought it would make an interesting pol! :)

Post a comment about how using them/not using them affects your social anxiety levels!

I have FB but I rarely use it, so I didn't think I should vote. :)

I don't think using social networking sites more would affect my SA one way or the other.
