I took my shirt off in public in an empty lot and stood there for 15 minutes. I hope to see positive results for winter depression and anxiety if I expose myself everyday. I was never an outdoorsy person and I wonder if not getting enough vitamin d is affecting my mood. Yesterday I became very depressed due to the weather change.

Might want to check into luminotherapy, basically helps you get your vitamin D indoors. I have no idea how effective it is nor how costly so don't take my word for it haha.
