Technique for Clearing negative emotions/thoughts

Its been more than a month since I started doing this Yogic breathing(Pranayama).

I do it for 15 mins a day first thing in the morning & it keeps me in a calm ,content state throughout the day.

I highly recommend you guys to learn it from a yoga teacher if possible.
There are video's of it on youtube.

I do a series of 6 Pranayama breathing techniques. Search in youtube for these.
1. Bastrika Pranayama

4. Anulom Vilom Pranayama
