I just got such a great, relieving phone call!
The hospital just called me and it was the girl from The Behavioral Health Center, in order to even get into this place you need to be referred by a doctor, you cant have your family or any friends refer you, so im glad they called me!
I have an appointment the week after Christmas to go in a get evaluated by them so that we can get together a plan!
Then im going to start a mutli program that includes: medication, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
This is all for my OCD by the way!
