I've started reading this article when suddenly a friend commented on my Facebook page that the movie I rated deserves a 3.5 instead of 1. I was about to reply that it's too boring for me when I suddenly hesitated and thought that maybe I shouldn't reply at all or atleast put a smiley face.
Then I suddenly smiled because what's currently happening is related to that blog I'm about to read. So I finished reading it first and everything it said strikes me so much. I am actually aware of that problem but to read it straight from that blog is like being slapped on my face. Even the simple commenting on Facebook is such a big deal that it suddenly seems funny to me.
So without hesitation, I immediately typed my reply and pressed enter before I change my mind. And voila! That friend didn't get mad at all. I'm just too paranoid. And even if she does get mad, I can just shrug it off because it's a petty thing and would be forgotten, and like the article said 'it doesn't ****ing matter' at all.
It might be hard to apply this in major situations but reading this over and over again kind of encourages me to move on and act.
And so I want to share this blog to you, guys. You should know that I hesitated to make this thread just to share it.
