Things that help?

Okay i read the topic on what songs cheer people up. I thought it might be a good idea to do a post on what helps people relax a little or takes the edge off the day.

I find having a bath when i get up and b4 i got to bed relaxes me a little.

Burining lavender in those oil burner things also relaxes me a bit
(i know its a bit girly for a guy to do this but hey if it works)

I find keeping myself and my flat clean and tiny also helps.As i feel a bit better if im in a clean and tiny enviroment

I know everyone probaly already knows all this, but if lots of people reply maybe we can all find a few things which can help us a little.

Like it has already been said a bath realy helps me i have on very rare occasions had 3 baths in a day because they realy do work,but ive only done that a couple of times.Tidying up also helps me :D

I cant think of anything else other than what has been said :?

the only thing that seems to work take my mind off things is music....oh and of course alcohol
