Today was really strange! I felt super confident and didn't feel much anxiety with anyone today, im hoping that i keep this up!

That's awesome to hear! Keep it up! I sometimes have a day like this too, but for some reason they're always followed by days where I have no confidence whatsoever, feel so anxious and depressed, and feel like talking to no one.
