Yeah im into tupac aswell mate, to be honest with you i dont like rap that much these days, i use to like it because it was an alternative music to the pop crap, but rap has gone commercialised aswell. To be honest since pac and biggy rap has been going downhill with the odd exception like eminem. But anyways yeah 2pac is great i have like most of his stuff i think.

i used to drink a lot whenever i went out to a pub or club, one nite i remember drinking 8 double whiskes and coke just so i could walk into this particular pub where i knew lots of people and i still felt really anxious and paronoid, thankfully im a lot better now and its now down to 2 singles, i just try to think positivly and take deep breaths when ever i feel a panic attack coming on, i know its a lot easier said than done and it has taken me well over a year to do, it maybe my pills have helped me.

Staying home is usually my answer too. I tend to forget about my anxiety when I am playing sports, or really drunk.

Pritty much same as Jesse.......

Exercising kind of makes me feel good about myself, I get a real buzz out of seeing my body changing, that makes me feel great but typically it doesn't last long, but I hope maybe, just maybe if I can keep that feeling flowing maybe I could become SP free.......... one day!

meeting new nice people. it reminds me that not everyone out there is there to humiliate me :D

if course music, can't live without that. and my goals. as long as you have hope and something to live for, that's all you need and you're set

I'll listen to music quite a bit too when I'm pissed off or feeling down. Usually I'll either listen to instrumental like Jeff Beck or Steve Vai or I'll listen to more of a songwriter type like The Eagles or Neil Young. I also like to play guitar a lot during those times and that helps me quite a bit as well.

Playing sports like soccer, frizbee and have a good run helps. especially when no one notices you; and nobody cares about the score; and it's the best when you get a good sweat after the game.
Unfortunately I suck at both of those. I'm good at badminton but badminton singles gives me panic attacks. Doubles is better if I have a friend as partner, but it can still be very stressful

Me too, I think I'm getting a little addicted to exercise!

What helps...

Loud happy energetic music

Getting stoned....yummy. :p

Going for a ride on my bike kinda clears the mind because you have to focus so hard on the driving.

A good comedy dvd usually works as well, funnily enough.
