working out and alchohhal

hey guys just wondering if i cud get any advice.. I've been at the gym for the past 8 months and I was on a great shape.. and i felt very energetic. Every work out equipment was so easy for me to use. But recently i had alot of parties to go to, so I had to drink just to have fun ( thats the only way i can make my self feel comfortable and be social) .. then I go to Gym and i feel like crap.. I couldnt even lift weights.. i couldnt run on the tread mill for more than 3 miniuts.. i use to run for straight 20 miniuties without taking a break. whats going on here? :confused:

I've noticed the same thing happen to me before. Make sure you keep drinking plenty of water before, during, and after your workouts to flush away all the stuff you drank, and to keep yourself hydrated. Your energy will come back soon enough!
