hey guys just wondering if i cud get any advice.. I've been at the gym for the past 8 months and I was on a great shape.. and i felt very energetic. Every work out equipment was so easy for me to use. But recently i had alot of parties to go to, so I had to drink just to have fun ( thats the only way i can make my self feel comfortable and be social) .. then I go to Gym and i feel like crap.. I couldnt even lift weights.. i couldnt run on the tread mill for more than 3 miniuts.. i use to run for straight 20 miniuties without taking a break. whats going on here?
