Your fears in your dreams, your worst nightmares

I was just thinking and counting how many times I've dreamed particular thing or situation that makes me feel terrible during my dream and after it. And I found: I cannot stand dentists. Years ago, after I was at my dentist, I dreamed an awful dream: I was at the chair again, she was drilling my teeth and there were blood. I told her I want anesthesia but she told me there is no anesthesia in the cabinet. Really terrible dream. And I have dental phobia, too.
Elevators and heights - I hate them! Sometimes I dream I am in elevator and I always feel sick because of this dream. I have phobia from elevators, too.
