What do you think of Nervous/awkward girls?

Well I still talked to her, because I liked her sense of humor, but I tried to avoid flirting with her - it's a kind of blurry line of course. But I got the feeling she would have been into a fling, which kind of depressed me. I mean, cheating kind of freaks me out, in general. And anyway, I was looking for an emotional connection as much as anything else. But maybe that's the SA talking? I mean, SA can make you feel pretty ****ing lonely.

What about you, did you keep talking to them after you found out they had boyfriends?

nope. i avoided them completely because what's the point? when a girl has a boyfriend, all she thinks about is him. she probably treats you as a temporary substitute while her boyfriend is away. thats how girls treat me though.

It must be nice to be a girl where things that would be considering giant, glaring flaws in a guy are just cute little quirks that make them more endearing.

Yeah, but on the flipside, imagine how it would be as a cute, scared innocent little girl who is always getting hit on by a bunch of forward wanky males.

Thought about this the other day whilst I had a stroll to the local dole office; crossing the station there were a whole gaggle of schoolegirls, giggling and gossiping as schoolgirls do, I walked past them, and all of a sudden they hushed...

What was racing through my mind at that instance you reckon?

a) There's something wrong with my appearence

b) They somehow know that I'm a "loser"

c) They think....I'm attractive?

Turned out to be c thank god, but thats when it hit me that even if a cute girl did come onto me strongly, I'd be absolutely terrified. ::(:

Maybe thats how its like for shy girls all the time?

Girls?

I've seen your videos skatergirl and you don't appear nervous o'r awkward:confused: I could never bring myself to talk on video because i'm too nervous and i hate hearing my own voice.

Anyway i prefer shy girls because i would not feel as intimidated and i feel that i would not have to prove anything.

We have a culture of what we call 'ladettes' in the UK, and basically they are the complete opposite of shy girls. 'Ladettes' act like/worse than guys; Getting drunk, getting into fights, swear a lot, sleep around and get all kinds of diseases, act obnoxius.....Yeah i hate them with a passion!

I tend to prefer them over the alternative. I even went out of my way to befriend one in college. But she ended up absolutely hating me for some reason. But at least I tried.

I sometimes say that I like it when they twitch. Although usually only when I'm in a car with someone and see some pedestrians of the female homo sapiens.

So maybe if you're really nervous/awkward and tend to have shaky hands? A match made in Heaven. :D

I prefer girls more shy than loud. If you imagine a spectrum:
1 social anxiety 2 shy 3 inbetween 4 bubbly 5 loudmouth

Then shy would be ideal

Shy girls are to shy for me.

At least loud girls are confident enough to approach shy guys. Even if it is through friends (the only way I got asked out).

Although I do admit, it would be like all my christmas' come at once if a cute shy girl ever asked me out. And I didn't pass out, ofcourse.

Once I met a social phobic girl, well we didn't hade what to talk about. There was a lot of silence between us. After that I have never seen her again. I think we both were scared to meet again :D
I have met in real life another girl, who was depressed. I feeled much better talking. She was talking more than me. Both girls knew about my problems and I knew about they're problems.
I like cute girls, but when too totaly negatives meet up it's very hard to find what to talk...

Their fine, I like them. It's better than being a nervous/awkward guy (me). I noticed all the girls who are shy or have SA generally still have boyfriends, where a guy with SA can't get a girlfriend to save his life.
