How are you feeling?

Women don't need perfume...their musk is heady enough, but a mix works well too.

We... we don't?

And all this time I was convinced I needed that bottle of "AE: Real" (actually... they discontinued it. It was my favorite fragrance EVAARRR :crying: )

I'm actually being half serious. I mean... I didn't think there was much to smell if we don't wear perfume. Clothed, anyway ;)

ahem yeahhhh... I like my "PINK: Bold and Playful" vanilla-y body spray too much to not wear it. Yummy perfume makes me feel more cozy... or something. I don't know. It's nice.

Skin...hair...it all has a scent unless you're obsessively washing it off. A woman doesn't have to be naked for me to enjoy it, just near...

:D It was his fellow inmate who was 'sniffing', the one we were supposed to believe he subsequently talked into suicide as a token of affection for Clarice. Not a very credible villain, in my book...but I do remember that scene...

I think I'm coming down with the flu  First my little sister had it, then my brother, then my mom. It was only a matter of time. I feel ridiculously exhausted and with chills, a bit depressed (I was crying like a baby just a moment ago - does anyone else get like that with the flu?), and vaguely nauseous. It's only going to get worse :crying:

I haven't had the flu in quite a few years. This really sucks. Fortunately this one seems to be one of those 24-hour ones.

^^ I work in a clinic and from what we're seeing, flu season is hitting very early this time around. Hopefully yours is just a short bout!

^ My mom is just getting over that, she's was sick in bed for two days from it.

I had just a smidgen of it the weekend before, but even that was miserable for me. I wasn't bed ridden, but I basically just ached and felt nauseous for a couple days and nothing more. Thank god I kept up my immune system with tons of tea.

Hopefully you won't be too sick from it. Feel better soon!

I am still in pain. I've set up a doctor's appointment for my shoulder. It feels like a torn muscle, but pressing on it doesn't hurt. I'm now thinking ligament damage, but the doctor's appointment is tomorrow so I'll find out then.

Other than that, I'm still in deep texting mode with that girl (I will likely do a rare thing and make a thread about this at some point soon) and I'm hopefully close to 3 weeks off work. I can't wait for that.

In about 5 minutes I'm going to a friend's house for lunch and to catch up.

I hope you're all doing great. :)

I try my hardest sometimes to be there for other people ,to make them feel better and to try and be a support for them, yet when I need help I am always alone .why does this always happen??? :(

I just wanted to talk to someone, to feel that i'm important to someone, I feel that I try so hard to help and be a support for others then when the chips are down (for me) everyone is gone and i'm all alone.

call them up. sometimes people don't know how to react when others are down. they might think you need some alone time right now and you'll come around when you're ready.

You sound busy, Mikey. In a good way (except the shoulder, ouch). Good stuff :)
Thank you, ladies. :) Lunch turned out to be good. She made home-made pizza which was awesome. Would love to have that again! Then went to work. All in all it wasn't that busy, haha, but it was good. Still waiting for my holidays to be approved. 3 weeks off work sounds magnificent right now.

My shoulder is feeling better at the moment. There's still pain but not quite as much as there was yesterday. It's like it knows there's a doctor's appointment tomorrow!

I feel like this at times, too, but there's always someone willing to listen to you.
