I hate people seeing me cry too. I think its because its an emotion that I can't control as once i start i can't seem to stop. Thakfully Idon't cry that often these days.

I feel like I am on the verge of breaking down and crying quite often. Thankfully this has not happened, as I would be HUMILIATED/MORTIFIED/PAST THE LIMIT if this were to happen in public.

yeah, that's my prob too Lilmiss, if i start, it's over. there's no stopping, especially if i'm talking to someone and most of the time if i'm crying they'd want an explanation
