Why is it there is no shortage in this world of "arrogant d*cks" who don't understand what we go through? Maybe it's not the fact there are so many, but that they share their opinions so freely and loudly  Anyway, good luck to you tomorrow. Hopefully you end up talking to someone who has a shred of compassion, I hope so :) (let us know how it goes) P.S. sometimes when I have a really stressful thing I can't avoid :( I try to bribe myself. Like, o.k. if I get through this without acting too freaky, or leaving, or whatever, I buy myself new cd, whatever. Doesn't always work, but helps at times.

Don't worry, I still go to the doctor with mum. It's not really that I need her for the anxiety anymore, but it's habit I suppose. I need her for transport mostly, so she just comes in with me.
